Custom Manufacturing of the New C480 Anode Plate. 居龙钢铁与国内环保科技公司成功联合开发一款新型C480阳极板

Following several rounds of technical discussions, JULONG STEEL and Guotong Environmental Technology have successfully developed a new type of C480 anode plate. The new product features excellent flatness, high strength, and resistance to warping.

近日居龙钢铁与国同环保科技公司通过多次技术沟通，现成功开发一款新型C480阳极板，新型产品平直度好、高强度、不易扭曲。

Currently, most C480 anode plates in China are produced using roll-forming, which can cause distortion due to the thinness of the material. JULONG STEEL employs a proprietary 12-meter fully CNC-controlled bending machine and utilizes a unique manufacturing process that involves multiple forward and reverse bends. As a result, the straightness of our new C480 anode plates meets the standard 100% of the time.

目前国内C480阳极板多为辊压成型，由于所有材料单薄且辊压成型易扭曲。居龙钢铁采用自主研制的12米全数控折弯机，利用特有加工工艺，采购正反多次折弯加工而成，新款C480阳极板平直度100%达标。

JULONG STEEL is currently capable of bending full-size sheets of various specifications up to 12 meters in length. We operate a 12-meter, fully CNC-controlled 4,000-ton press brake developed in-house, as well as a 12-meter, 2,000-ton LVD-HD press brake from Belgium, both equipped with specialized CNC systems from the Dutch company DELEM. German linear encoders provide real-time detection, feedback, and correction, along with full closed-loop control. The machines feature multi-step programming capabilities, enabling automated operation to complete multi-step parts in a single pass, thereby improving production efficiency.

居龙钢铁拥有自主研制12米全数控4000吨折弯机，采用荷兰DELEM公司折弯机专用数控系统，德国光栅尺实时检测反馈校正、全闭环控制，具有多工步编程功能，可实现多自动运行，完成多工步零件一次性加工，提高生产效率。
