Company History:
In 1986, the company began manufacturing agricultural machinery in Xia Zhang Town, Tai'an City, specializing in the research, development, and production of hand-guided multi-functional single-plowshare plows.
In 1999, the Julong Steel Processing and Cutting Plant was established in Daiyue District, Tai'an City, focusing on the steel processing industry, primarily engaged in sheet metal cutting and bending.
In 2003, the company moved to the Lizhuang Industrial Park in Zhoudian Subdistrict, Daiyue District, Tai’an City, and began to take shape as a full-scale enterprise.
In 2008, the company participated in the construction of the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, responsible for the development and design of bridge track lifting equipment and positioning fixtures, supporting the construction of bridge facilities along the entire line.
In 2009, to meet market demand, the company invested heavily in the research, development, and manufacturing of a 12-meter, 4,000-ton dual-machine synchronized large-scale CNC press brake. Equipped with a Dutch Delem CNC system to ensure processing precision, this machine provided a broader range of solutions for sheet metal processing.
In 2010, the company registered Shandong Zonghua Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. and selected a site at the Manzhuang Steel Market in Daiyue District, Tai’an City, to establish a comprehensive steel processing service center.
In 2011, the company embarked on equipment automation upgrades. All CNC equipment independently designed and modified by the company was officially put into production, significantly improving product processing precision and production efficiency, and earning unanimous praise from customers.
In 2013, the company relocated to No. 100 Shougang Street, Manzhuang Steel Market, Daiyue District, Tai’an City. With a factory floor area of 15,000 square meters, the company is fully committed to building a comprehensive custom steel processing service platform to provide customers with even higher-quality services.
In 2015, to provide superior branded metal processing services and elevate its service standards, the company applied for and registered the “Julong Steel” trademark, dedicating itself to building a new model of modern steel processing service enterprise.
In 2016, the company officially joined the Alibaba platform, formally launching a B2B omnichannel marketing model.
In 2017, the company vigorously expanded its steel processing supply chain, successively establishing partnerships with CIMC Vehicle, Sinotruk Special Vehicle, and Lian Steel, and officially entered the field of production support for special-purpose vehicles.
In 2018, after three months of R&D, the company developed and manufactured China’s first 300-ton ultra-large CNC bending machine, which was put into production. This machine solved the challenges of bending special profiles, ensuring the construction of steel frameworks for tunnels and caverns in overseas hydropower stations by a well-known domestic hydropower construction group, and actively contributing to the infrastructure projects of the Belt and Road Initiative.
In October 2018, waste container units manufactured to meet the specifications of a Japanese client were successfully shipped to Japan, marking the company’s first export order to Japan in international trade.
In 2019, the company continued to expand its presence in the specialized vehicle supply sector, establishing partnerships with manufacturers such as Shaanxi Automobile and FAW. The company developed a specialized processing and supply system for wear-resistant and high-strength steel plates tailored for dump trucks.
In 2020, the company gained recognition from domestic and international clients in the wear-resistant plate processing sector, with its dual-circulation model—combining domestic and international markets—becoming increasingly prominent. Concurrently, the company introduced a Belgian LVD-HD 12-meter, 2,000-ton CNC press brake, which has been fully commissioned, further enhancing our precision processing capabilities in the fields of wear-resistant and high-strength plate fabrication.

1986年，在泰安市夏张镇从事农机生产，研发制造手扶多功能单铧犁农具。
1999年，成立泰安市岱岳区居龙钢材加工配料厂，从事钢材加工业，主要以剪板下料、折弯加工为主。
2003年，入驻泰安市岱岳区粥店办事处李家庄工业园，公司初具规模。
2008年，参与京沪高铁建设，负责开发设计了桥梁道轨吊具、定位夹具，全线配套桥梁设施施工。
2009年，为适应市场需求，公司投入巨资研发设计制造了12米4000吨双机联动大型数控折弯机，采用荷兰delem数控系统保证加工精度，为金属板材加工提供更加广泛的解决方案。
2010年，公司注册山东总华工贸有限公司，并选址泰安市岱岳区满庄钢材大市场筹建钢铁综合加工服务中心。
2011年，公司进入设备自动化改造，公司自主设计改造的数控设备全部正式投入生产运行，大幅度提高产品加工精度和生产效率，获得客户一致好评。
2013年，公司搬迁至泰安市岱岳区满庄钢材大市场首钢大街100号，厂房占地面积15000平方米，全力打造钢铁综合定制加工服务平台，为客户提供更加优质服务。
2015年，公司为提供更加优质的金属加工品牌服务，提高自身服务水平，公司申请注册“居龙钢铁”商标，全力打造新型现代化钢铁加工服务企业。
2016年，正式加入阿里巴巴平台，正式开启BtoB全网营销模式。
2017年，公司大力拓展钢铁加工供应链路，先后与CIMC中集车辆、中国重汽专用车、涟钢达成合作，正式进军专用车生产配套领域。
2018年，公司历时3个月研发制造国内首台300吨特大型数控拉弯机投入生产运营，解决了特殊型材的拉弯加工，保证国内知名水电建设集团在国外水电站隧道隧洞钢架的施工建设，积极参与一带一路基础建设工程。
2018年10月，根据日本客户要求承制的废固箱顺利发运至日本，实现公司在国际贸易上首单对日出口。
2019年，公司在专用车配套领域不断扩展，先后与陕汽、一汽等专用车厂建立合作，公司形成具体自身特点的自卸车用耐磨板、高强板加工配套体系。
2020年，公司在耐磨板加工领域得到国内外客户认可，国内国外双循环模式突显。同时引进比利时黄锻LVD-HD12米2000吨数控折弯机，整机调试完成，增强了我们在耐磨板、高强板加工领域的精细化加工优势。
