304 stainless steel bending: large corrugated structure, multiple forward and reverse bends. Previously, to ensure flatness, the client had the material cut from a wide sheet into two sections for bending, which were then assembled on-site. This approach not only increased the difficulty of on-site installation but also failed to guarantee flatness in the final product.

JULONG STEEL optimized the manufacturing process to meet the requirements for multiple forward and reverse bends. Following the customer’s drawings, we achieved a single-pass bending process that fully complies with the specified dimensional requirements.

304不锈钢折弯加工，大瓦棱结构，多次正反向折弯加工，客户原先加工为保证平整度，从宽幅面截开分两段折弯加工，然后到施工现场组合，这样一是增加了现场施工难度，同时也无法保证后期平整度。

居龙钢铁根据多次正反向折弯要求，优化加工工艺，根据客户图纸要求，一次性折弯成型，完全符合图纸尺寸要求。

JULONG STEEL is currently capable of bending full-size sheets of various specifications up to 12 meters in length. We operate a 12-meter, fully CNC-controlled 4,000-ton press brake developed in-house, as well as a 12-meter, 2,000-ton LVD-HD press brake from Belgium, both equipped with specialized CNC systems from the Dutch company DELEM. German linear encoders provide real-time detection, feedback, and correction, along with full closed-loop control. The machines feature multi-step programming capabilities, enabling automated operation to complete multi-step parts in a single pass, thereby improving production efficiency.

居龙钢铁目前可加工12米以内各种规格钢板折弯。我们拥有自主研制12米全数控4000吨折弯机，采用荷兰DELEM公司折弯机专用数控系统，德国光栅尺实时检测反馈校正、全闭环控制，具有多工步编程功能，可实现多自动运行，完成多工步零件一次性加工，提高生产效率。
