Custom bending of high-strength steel sheets for grain transport trailers for an Australian client 国外客户定制粮食运输车箱体高强板折弯加工

After conducting extensive research in China, an Australian client ultimately entrusted JULONG STEEL with a custom manufacturing order for grain transport truck bodies for export. The components for this export order presented a high degree of technical difficulty, as there were no existing manufacturing processes in China to draw upon. JULONG STEEL’s technical team overcame numerous challenges and ultimately achieved mass production.

国外客户经过在国内多路寻找最终将其粮食运输车箱体成型出口订单交由居龙钢铁定制加工，此次出口加工部件，难度系数非常大，国内没有可借鉴的加工工艺，居龙钢铁技术生产克服种种困难，最终实现批量化生产。

We performed bending operations on high-strength steel panels for a grain transport trailer custom-ordered by an overseas client. Using a 12-meter, 4,000-ton CNC press brake, we employed CNC programming to complete the curved surface machining in multiple passes, cutting one pass at a time at small angles.
