Features of U-Shaped Hook-Lift Bins
1. The bin body is fabricated by bending and welding NM450 wear-resistant steel plates and 700L high-strength steel plates.
2. The entire bin body is constructed from just three solid pieces of wear-resistant steel plate, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing design, high strength, and light weight.
3. The interior of the bin has no horizontal or vertical ribs, preventing material buildup.
U型废固箱特点
一、箱体采用耐磨板NM450与高强板700L通过折弯焊接加工而成。
二、整个箱体仅用三张整块耐磨钢板加工而成,外形美观、强度高、自重轻。
三、箱内侧无任何横、竖筋,不积料。

The chassis serves as the foundation of the entire U-shaped container; the front and rear panels, side panels, and bottom panel are all secured in place by the chassis. The chassis functions to support and connect the various components of the solid waste container and to withstand various loads from both inside and outside the container. Therefore, the static and dynamic characteristics of the chassis form the basis for its structural design, improvement, and optimization, and are one of the key factors in ensuring the container’s excellent performance. We performed finite element static analysis on the chassis structure to verify its strength and stiffness. Through continuous optimization of the analysis data, the strength and stiffness of this chassis now fully meet the requirements of the Japanese market.

Compared to the first generation, the second generation features greater structural strength and a more optimized design.
