JULONG STEEL custom-manufactured a batch of high-strength steel chassis beams for a domestic specialty vehicle manufacturer. The process involved bending high-strength steel plates, which required strict manufacturing standards due to the material’s high strength and the need for multiple edge-folding operations. Utilizing its proprietary 12-meter, 4,000-ton CNC press brake, JULONG STEEL adjusted the dies and employed a Dutch Delem CNC system to ensure machining precision. The result was unanimously recognized by the specialty vehicle manufacturer, and all subsequent batch orders were subsequently fulfilled by JULONG STEEL.
