JULONG STEEL specializes in the non-equilateral bending of upper side beams for special-purpose vehicle bodies. Equipped with a 12-meter, 4,000-ton CNC press brake developed in-house, we undertake bending projects for various types of high-strength and wear-resistant steel plates. To address the challenges posed by the multiple flanges on vehicle body upper side beams—which are notoriously difficult to process—we have independently designed and developed specialized dies. This ensures smooth production according to customer drawings, delivers high-quality finished products, and fully meets the design requirements specified in the customer’s drawings.
