The back-mounted, vehicle-mounted mobile waste compaction station is a mechatronic waste treatment system that combines waste compaction and storage functions. It is widely applicable to locations with high volumes of municipal solid waste, such as city streets, residential communities, schools, hospitals, transportation hubs, ports, airports, public service areas, farmers’ markets, and parks and scenic areas. It can be configured as a waste compaction station with a daily processing capacity of 20 to 100 tons.

Mobile waste stations are high-end sanitation equipment that integrates waste collection, compaction, and transfer, enabling zero-transfer, no-ground-contact, and pollution-free waste removal. They effectively prevent secondary pollution caused by exposed waste, spillage, and odors during collection and transfer. A mobile waste station is a large-capacity, movable waste container that is relatively compact yet offers high waste-handling capacity and excellent sealing. It is a safe, efficient, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving product, making it the top choice for urban sanitation.
Compared to fixed waste stations and dedicated waste collection vehicles, mobile waste stations offer the following advantages:
1. Multiple stations can be served by a single vehicle, enabling efficient, cyclical transportation with low operating costs;
2. Compact structure, aesthetically pleasing design, and small footprint; no dedicated station building or complex supporting facilities are required (only a three-phase or five-phase external power outlet with 380V, 50Hz, and ground protection, an output power of no less than 7.5 kW, a sewer line for wastewater discharge, and a paved, level surface);
3. Diverse loading methods: including automatic hopper-fed loading systems, automatic bin-hanging loading, and optional other specialized loading configurations;
4. High economic efficiency and excellent environmental protection: Once waste is transferred from the feeding mechanism into the mobile waste station, it operates in a sealed environment. The compaction density of the mobile waste station can reach 0.75–0.85 t/m³, allowing for large single-load waste collection, reducing the number of transfer trips, and effectively lowering transportation costs. The unit is equipped with a wastewater collection system and can also discharge wastewater directly into the sewer system, ensuring pollution-free operation during both the compaction and waste transfer processes, thereby effectively protecting the environment.
5. Advanced equipment system, high degree of automation, and user-friendly operation. The power unit of the mobile waste station utilizes major electrical components and hydraulic systems from renowned domestic and international brands (such as Siemens) to ensure reliability. The hydraulic and electrical systems are specifically designed with heating and automatic cooling mechanisms to adapt to various regions and seasons, ensuring the equipment operates normally under harsh conditions. Additionally, the equipment employs a PLC-based automatic cycle control system, featuring multiple sensors with distinct functions and multi-point interlocking safety mechanisms. This system enables automatic operation of hopper tilting, feeding, compaction, retraction, and lowering of the hopper. In the event of abnormal conditions during compaction—such as the presence of large, hard foreign objects—the system may automatically trigger an alarm or shut down. It can also automatically alarm and stop during container compaction, effectively reducing the operator’s workload and preventing equipment damage caused by operational errors. In the event of an emergency, the operator can press the red emergency stop button to immediately halt the equipment.

4、经济效益高,环境保护好:当垃圾从上料机构转入移动垃圾站后密闭运行,移动垃圾站的压实密度可达0.75-0.85t/,一次性垃圾收集量大,减少转运次数,有效降低运输成本,箱体设有污水收集系统,亦可将污水直接排入下水道,确保压缩运行过程和垃圾转运过程无污染,有效保护环境。
5、设备系统先进,自动化程度高,操作更人性化。移动垃圾站动力单元主要电气元件及液压系统采用国内外知名品牌(西门子)使用的可靠性,液压和电气系统专门设计了加热装置和自动散热装置,适应各种不同地区不同的季节,确保设备在各种恶劣环境下正常工作,同时,该设备使用了PLC自动循环控制系统,内部安装多个不同功能的传感器,多处功能自锁互锁保护,能实现料斗上翻、进料、压缩、退回、料斗下翻的自动运行,若压缩工程中诸如有大型硬质异物的非正常使用时可能自动报警或停机,能在箱体垃圾压实时自动报警停机,有效减轻操作人员劳动强度,亦可避免失误操作对设备的破坏。当设备出现紧急意外时操作人员可摁下红色急停按钮实现紧急停机。
