The three-phase separator is a key component in anaerobic wastewater treatment. It serves two functions: first, it separates the biogas generated in the reaction chamber from the solid-liquid mixture and collects the separated biogas; second, it facilitates the effective settling of suspended solids within the separator, thereby separating water from sludge.
三相分离器是污水厌氧处理的重要部件,三相分离器同时具有两个功能:一个是将反应室产生的沼气与固液物分离并收集分离后的沼气,另一个是使分离器内的悬浮物有效沉降从而将水与污泥分离。

The operating process of a traditional three-phase separator is as follows: a three-phase mixture containing a large number of bubbles rises from the reactor to the bottom of the separator. When the three-phase mixture strikes the baffle plate, the gas is deflected upward, separated from the solid and liquid phases, and collected in the gas chamber for discharge. The solid-liquid mixture enters the separator, where it is separated in the sedimentation zone; the clarified liquid is discharged through the overflow weir. The sludge, no longer agitated by the bubbles, undergoes flocculation, settling, and thickening, then slides down the inclined wall and returns to the reaction zone through the sludge return port.
传统的三相分离器的工作过程为:将反应器内含有大量气泡的三相混合流上升至分离器底部,当三相混合流碰到反射板,气体折流而上,与固、液相分离,集中到气室排放,固液混合液进入分离器,在沉淀区分离,澄清液通过溢流堰排出,失去气泡搅动作用的污泥发生絮凝、沉降和浓缩,然后沿斜壁下滑,通过污泥回流口返回反应区。
